I was walking throughthe Disney Exhibit at the Ronald Regan Library when I saw the Trom Bike. It was lit with all the blue neon which outlined the shape of the rider and bike as one. I took the shot and then reworked it in post tilted it for motion and used a modern art layer to blend in. I like the contrast and color splash that came out!
